I think about 2 at least and real cooperation is noticeable about 2 1/2. By 3 they are showing a lot of maturity.

I  guess I have 2 and a half years left before Roxy settles down. I have been thinking that she is starting to settle as at 7 months she has been less active. Then I remember I have been of work for the last 2 weeks so we have been going for 3 walks a day. So I guess when I go back to work on Tuesday I am going to have a ball of engry meet me at my door.

She looks healthy and content.  Yes I imagine when you get back from work you'll be overwhelmed by a happy, excited puppy.  I.d greet her outside the house LOL; sometimes the bladder goes when they are real excited to see you.
Life is short....stop and smell the roses!

My vet says that they are full grown by 2 1/2 to 3 years old. I remember looking at Remy when she was about 2 1/2 and thinking "WOW, you don't look like a baby anymore!"
A Boxer has no ambition, no self-interest, no desire for vengeance, no fear other than that of displeasing.
